🌞 At this time of year, Stany, Antoine and the other members of the Lucien team spend every weekend sorting potatoes 🥔.

They select them by hand so that only the very best are left to prepare your delicious Lucien crisps 🫶.

Every week, Stany meets Julie and Mehdi 👩‍🍳👨‍🍳, our duo in charge of production, to take stock and talk about seasoning, cooking, potato cutting 🥔, in short... everything related to the preparation of your favourite crisps in our own workshop. Thanks to them and the whole team that surrounds them while making, packaging and shipping Lucien chips 🫶.

We would like to introduce Nancy to you. She prepares your popcorn from A to Z by hand. She mixes the corn kernels with a little oil, sprinkles them with spices and watches over the baking process, all with an energy and a smile that radiates throughout our workshop.

This week, we highlight our warehouse manager, Xavier. 😍👋 He has been involved in Lucien's operations from the very beginning. Xavier is always there for you and is very dedicated. He manages the stock and takes care of all orders, so that our delicious chips de Lucien are always in the shop.💪👏
