Sales Representative

Lucien is above all a story of family and passion. Founded by three farmer cousins, our company makes the most of the Belgian terroir by transforming our local potatoes into delicious home-made crisps. Inspired by our grandfather Lucien, we carry on his legacy of quality and authenticity with natural products, free from flavour enhancers and colourings, cooked with care.

Your role

• You will meet current and potential customers, as well as distribution partners.
• You will organise the sales department and develop the distribution network.
• You will define the sales reports (indicators) needed to manage the department.
• You will create and update the customer file and sales support documentation.
• You update data (market trends, new products, supplier listings, etc.).
• You prepare an annual sales programme based on the objectives set, submit it to your manager for approval and ensure that it is implemented.
• You will meet customers for non-technical sales support and draw up quotations.
• You will monitor negotiations for non-standard orders.
• You will be the first point of contact for sales.
• You will prepare and attend trade fairs and shows.
• You will take part in technical demonstrations (trade fairs) to promote the company's products.

Your profile

• Fluent in FR, NL, EN
• At least 3 years' professional experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Good presentation skills
• Thoroughness
• Demonstrate composure and responsiveness
• Self-starter
